| The Green Book is a golf discount fundraiser coupon book sold mainly by high school teams looking to raise funds for their sport. I bought mine in the parking lot of a golf course where one of the students came up to me and asked me if I wanted to buy one to support his high school football team. The cost is $30 for the book, and offers 4 coupons at 11 different courses in the Northern Virginia area. I'm sure they support other major cities as well.
